Fitness

Exercise is my “drug of choice”!  It cures what ails me and the only sides effects are good!  In all seriousness, most of us do not move our bodies enough.  We were made to move, to run, to stretch, to lift, and to jump, but only a small fraction of us are are exercising our bodies enough.  So what is standing in the way? The complaint that I hear the most is, “I don’t have time.”  I understand, we all have busy lives!  But we all get the same 24 hours each day. You choose how you spend your time.  It really all depends on your priorities, and what YOU determine is the most important way to spend your time. So let’s “Make the Time”, even if that means going to bed earlier so you can get up earlier or saying ‘no’ to things that really aren’t that important!
